Description

At Enartia, we are looking for our next Business Development & Account Manager to extend our reach through expert discovery and exploration of new business opportunities and relationships and to join our team, in house or remotely. The ideal candidate should be able to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers, be highly skilled at sales and business operations and be able to use their communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until the close of the deal. If you are motivated, results-driven, time-efficient and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.



RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Ensure proper after-sales service
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking and events
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Executive or similar role
  • Experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Familiarity with MS Excel
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver targeted presentations
  • IT background to be considered as a strong plus
